param has been with sulekha almost since its founding, helping grow the company to its current position as a leading broad-based digital commerce company. param began his career with mckinsey & company, inc, in new york. he served clients in the industrial, service, telecommunications and financial service sectors. later, after a short stint on wall street as the director of corporate finance of a boutique investment bank, he co-founded and was president of integra technology, a database software and application development products company. when integra was sold to ikon, a fortune 500 company, it was a technology leader in its space and its products enjoyed worldwide critical acclaim and market presence. param later served ikon as part of their mergers and acquisition team, formulating and implementing their acquisition program. he is also chairman of indigo monsoon group, an investment firm; and sits on the board of eshakti, an online customized women's fashion apparel company.
