the product testing center consists of four parts: reliability laboratory, safety laboratory, materials laboratory and office. it has advanced relay detection and analysis equipment, more than 150 sets, such as new energy high-voltage dc life test unit, three comprehensive sinusoidal vibration system, life data monitoring system from harbin institute of technology, short-circuit current testing machine, high-definition high-speed camera, x-ray fluoroscopy machine, high-magnification metallographic, constant temperature and humidity box, glow wire tester, electrical life/mechanical life tester, coercivity tester, salt spray test chamber, etc. sanyou has successively passed the u.s. ul witness laboratory , the german vde data experiment laboratory and national accredited cnas laboratory certification. the product testing center also plans to introduce advanced testing equipment in the industry on the existing basis to achieve the expansion of testing capabilities, increase the number of cnas' s application for new accreditation testing projects, and at the same time organize and conduct research on major technical problems in the relay further enhance the company’s technical competitiveness and market competitiveness in the industry.
